남포특별시 룡강군 용강읍에 있다. 쌍영총은 용강읍 북쪽 구릉 위에 자리잡은 고구려 시대의 벽화고분이다. 쌍영총은 안길과 묘실내부 석벽에 백회를 바르고, 그 위에 생활풍습 및 사신을 주제로한 그림을 그려 넣은 벽화고분이다. 용강대총과 함께 2004년 유네스코 세계문화유산으로 등재되었다.
