Tan'gun mythology has gone through a number of changes over the years. Some of its results can be found in the historical records of Kochoson in <Samuguyusa  and <Jewangwun-gi>. <Gogi> is one of those records that is the most widely known today, and the story is based on Hwanwoong, bear, and tiger.
