This book investigates co-operative credit society from the establishment of 地方金融組合. Co-operative credit society had its own role and feature as one of financial institutions under financial policy in Japanese colony. Financial policy assisted in terms of finance such as a capital investment destination, product market and producer of food and raw materials for home colony. Co-operative credit society was able to lend fund to farmers for continuous consumption of products both imported and exported in Japan, and for stable producing of rice and raw materials and agricultural products in Korea rural for the purpose of keeping Japan imperialism during Japanese colonial period. After liberation, it maintained close relationship with Regime of Yi Sŭng-man(李承晩政權) responsible for government agency business
