This book is published collecting released theses by author about Korean society and the tendency of colonial law referred in newspapers and magazines published in domestic under the Japanese colonial period. This is composed three parts, first part is 'the tendency of journalism through Maeilsinbo(每日新報)' consisted of three theses. Part 2, 'the tendency of law-related materials from magazines under Japanese colonial' composed of three these. There contains one more thesis as a supplementary one related ordinance for the prevention and detention of Korean thought criminals(思想犯豫防拘禁令). Part 3 is as data, in chapter 1, there is list of law-related editorials from magazines in modern Korea. Chapter 2 organizes list of law-related articles from Government general of Chosŏn periodical.
